  The training delivered on a USB key constitutes a material support containing proprietary digital content. Once the USB key has been removed from its sealed packaging, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised, in application of article L. 221-28, 6° of the Consumer Code.

  • The USB key is delivered in sealed packaging. As long as the seal is intact, the Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days and return the unopened key.
  • Once the seal has been broken, regardless of the reason invoked, no return or refund will be accepted.

  
  

  Art. L. 221-28, 6° Consumer Code: "The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection."

  ⚠ IMPORTANT — IMPORTANT: The USB key is delivered sealed. By breaking the seal, the Customer acknowledges having understood the definitive loss of their right of withdrawal for this product. The Seller will retain proof of the condition of the seal at delivery.
